Q: Our power is 415V/440V/220V, can we use your machinery?

A: Yes, motor voltage is customized,we will make all machines according to your local power. Most commonly are 415V,50HZ; 440V,50HZ and 220V,600HZ.

Q: How do you recommend to me the suitable machine?

A: You need to offer us detailed requirement, inclouding packing products, bag size,packing weight,bag type,etc.

Q: How about your delivery time?

A: Commenly it need 35 days for production,but if there is anything urgent,can be finished within 25 days if spare parts are in stock.

Q: Do you have manual or operation video for us to know more about the machine?

A: Yes,not only manual or operation video, 3D drawing also available to make as per your design, also the video we can make of the testing the material from our food producing and packaging machine if your raw machine and packing goods easier for us to find from our local market.

Q: Your machine can keep working 24 hours?

A: Keep working 24 hours is OK, but will decrease machine use life, we suggest 8 hours/day.

Q: We are new in this industry, can you guide us ?

A: Of course, We are able to supply full turkey project, including grinder, mixer, production machines and final packing system and also workshop layout and flow chart, power/water/steam/air connection guides etc. It will be complete solution from zero to all. 

Q: Do you supply recipe?

A: Yes, we will supply all recipes and machine operation training to customers.

Q: What is production process of machine?

A: According to products confirm production lists, according to production lists choose machine type → drawing → spares parts → matching → machining → purchasing → assembling → testing → debugging → testing → cleaning → packaging → delivery.

Q: What’s the warranty?

A: Warranty is 1 year, not including easy damaged spare parts, such as heater, belts, etc.

Q: How to do maintenance?

A: Adding part: One Direction, Bearing oil storage tank, Pneumatic vibrator.

Cleaning vacuum filter every day.

The bag holds a screw lock one time per week.

The machine transmission part adds grease lubrication per half a month.

Q: Can arrange technician to oversea for commissioning ?

A: Yes, we can if you need, but you need to pay the fees including Visa charges, return ticket, accommodation, and labor fees. We also accept you arrange the technician to learn in our factory before shipping.
