Flow packing is a time and cost-effective packing method. The product moves horizontally along a machine, then wrapped in film and sealed at either end by horizontal flow wrapping machines.

Horizontal flow packing locks products in place and restricts movement to protect products. Combining flow packing with gas flushing processes removes oxygen from the bag as it’s packed, keeping food still fresh until they reach the consumer.

Flow packing bags can be rectangular or square, from 15mm to 200mm wide and from 25mm to 450mm in length. depending on your needs. it is also called horizontal bagging, pillow-pouch wrapping, fin-seal wrapping, and crimp-seal wrapping.

Work process of Automatic Horizontal Flow Packing Machine:

Step 1: Only place the products on a conveyor belt and transport them to the forming zone by flow packing machine. 

Step 2: Package the product with automatically fed sealing film and line up the sealing film edges. The aligned edges are sealed by applying a degree of heat or pressure. 

Step 3: A cutter is used to open two consecutive sealed products so that they are separated. 

Step 4: We then offload the finished flow-wrapped package from the flow-packing machine to the storage area.
